3.2 Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) jl62 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
3.3 jl62 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before deposit or withdrawal functions are fully enabled.
3.4 You acknowledge that jl62 may verify the information provided during registration through third-party identity verification services.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl62 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
4.2 You must notify jl62 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl62 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
4.3 Account sharing — permitting any other person to access or use your jl62 account — is strictly prohibited. jl62 reserves the right to suspend accounts where sharing activity is detected.
4.4 jl62 will never contact you to request your password. Do not disclose your password to any person claiming to represent jl62.
5.1 jl62 accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jl62 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by the Platform.
5.3 jl62 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your name and matching your jl62 KYC documentation.
5.4 jl62 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jl62 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Members with available Real Funds balance in their jl62 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's name that matches their verified jl62 KYC details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.3 jl62 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing schedules.
6.4 jl62 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent, bonus abuse, or policy violation activity.
6.5 Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only Real Funds and fully wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 jl62 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
7.3 jl62 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or exploitation of technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl62 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
8.1 All games available on jl62 operate according to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
8.2 All bets placed on jl62 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except in circumstances where jl62 determines a technical error has occurred.
8.3 jl62 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances involving a manifest error, system malfunction, or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
8.4 In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino session or sports event, jl62 will apply its standard void and settlement procedures as documented in the applicable game or sports rules. jl62 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl62 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 jl62 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where jl62 determines that the Member has breached these Terms or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.2 In the event of account termination for breach, jl62 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Funds balances (net of any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.
10.3 Members may close their jl62 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding Real Funds balances meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member upon account closure.
11.1 jl62 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. jl62 provides tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, jl62 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Member from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

11.4 jl62 will not market to Members who have self-excluded or are on a cooling-off period.

12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl62 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No rights of reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation are granted.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl62's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the Member's Real Funds balance held on the Platform at the time the claim arises.
13.2 jl62 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
13.3 jl62 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of Services.
14.1 jl62 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their account and/or through a prominent notice on the jl62 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued use of the jl62 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 jl62 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with applicable Philippine gaming and data privacy legislation.
